Job description
The Sales Director - report to the CEO and is responsible for owning and developing all sales activities, business development, relationship management, sales proposals/forecasting, and market and competitor analysis to represent and position Good Brick System in Nepal. Specifically, the role is to focus on sales propositions focusing on Good Brick System to buyers in Nepal, including Government, other agencies, bodies, or organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market
- Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Understanding of key cultural, political, and regional issues that can impact the sales process
- Work with marketing and product development teams to identify new market opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and launch new products and services.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve and remains competitive
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry associations and other relevant organizations to expand the company's reach and influence.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to the executive team
